This project analyses the company's KPIs and gives insights into Overall customer satisfaction, Overall calls answered/abandoned, Calls by time, Average speed of answer, and Agent’s performance quadrant. The findings from this analysis also provide valuable input for PwC's decision-making processes, particularly regarding future employment strategies.
